The Baja Engine Access Panel solves that.
What Is the Baja Engine Access Panel?
It’s a precision-cut hatch panel that installs directly into your RZR’s bed, giving you direct access to the engine bay without removing the bed at all. Open the latch, lift the panel, do your work, spark plugs, injectors, oil fill, belt checks, whatever you need. Close it back up and you’re done.
No tools required to open it. No second person needed. No removing the bed.
What Can You Access Through the Panel?
With the Baja panel installed, you can reach:
- Spark plugs
- Fuel injectors
- Oil fill port
- Drive belt (model dependent)
- General engine bay inspection
For most routine maintenance and many trail-side fixes, the panel gives you everything you need.
Construction and Fitment
We build two versions depending on your model:
For Pro XP, Turbo R, and Pro S (all years):
The panel is constructed from 14-gauge steel with a rubber-insulated hatch door and a tool-less push-latch mechanism. Bolt-on installation, no cutting required.
Baja Engine Access Panel — Pro XP / Turbo R / S
For Pro R (all years):
The Pro R version uses 0.125-inch aluminum for a lighter build while maintaining rigidity. Same tool-less push-latch design, same bolt-on install.

Both panels are designed and manufactured in-house at our Mission Viejo, California shop.
