Diamond Performance LLC — Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns — Standard Products

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, email us at diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Products manufactured to order — including custom dash mounts, catch cans, Baja Engine Access Panels, and other fabricated components — are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will remake or repair the item at no charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or made-to-order fabricated products (unless defective)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of installation, use, or modification
  • Apparel that has been worn or washed

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet entered production or shipped. Contact us immediately at diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com or (949) 292-5098 if you need to cancel. Once an order is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
