Shipping Policy

At Diamond Performance LLC, we design and manufacture our products in-house at our Mission Viejo, California facility. We're committed to getting your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible so you can get back on the trail.

Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Custom or made-to-order items — including specific dash mount layout configurations — may require additional lead time. If your order requires extended processing, we will notify you by email within 1 business day of your order being placed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/dimensions of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch (where available)
  • Overnight Shipping: Available on select orders — contact us before placing your order to confirm availability

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions are applied automatically at checkout when applicable. Check our current promotions on the homepage or at checkout.

Large & Oversized Items

Engine access panels, large fabricated parts, and other oversized items may ship via freight or oversized parcel carriers. Additional shipping charges may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout. We will contact you if any additional shipping arrangements are needed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges assessed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery.

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. Diamond Performance LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our Mission Viejo, CA facility by appointment. Contact us to arrange pickup before placing your order.
