Returns & Refund Policy
At Diamond Performance LLC, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition with all hardware, brackets, and packaging included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-layout dash mounts built to your specific configuration
- Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Sale items and clearance products
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before shipping anything back.
How to Start a Return
- Email diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (typically within 1–2 business days)
- Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — Diamond Performance LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly — either with a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at diamondperformanceusa@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Need a different layout, variant, or size? The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order for the correct item. Contact us and we'll help coordinate the process.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
